No one is reporting on Phillip Berg’s lawsuit against Obama filed 8/20/08. Apparently the guy is claiming that Obama isn’t a natural born U.S. citizen, which makes him unable to run for President.

Berg’s lawsuit will likely go nowhere, I wouldn’t expect it to be the “silver bullet” that puts him down. It will be interesting to see what McCain’s people have waiting in the silos for Obama to be “safely nominated”.

What I find odd about the lawsuit is 1) It’s by a former Clinton campaign manager. 2) No one but the blogosphere is commenting on it. If Obama’s team had any brains (barring the suit having any merit) they’d have gone after it claiming racism and victim status on the 23rd. 3) If it does have merit, McCaine should of been all over it. The total silence is the creepy part.
With all the illegal activity and traitors surrounding Obama, I’m still kind of dumbfounded the DNC thinks this tard has a serious chance. Inbreeding causes stupidity I suppose.

McCain is wise to stay away from it…..if he runs with it and it turns out to be bullshit he is finished. If he runs with it and it’s true he’ll still get blowback that will hurt him amongst Independants and Dem crossovers that he will need to pull this off. He seems to have a plan….I think he decided on Palin at least a few weeks ago and his jabs at Obama over Hillary were part of his strategy to piss in the democrat’s post-convention Kool-Aid. The Dems did not see this coming……I forced myself to watch some MSNBC, Queef Olberfuhrer seems quite unhappy about this pick.

As far as the Dems….when you believe in nothing, you’ll fall for anything. Dems are so desperate to get thier power back and get even with thier enemies they willingly fell for Obama’s bullshit because he condescends to tell them what they want to hear. It reminds me of what happened in Japan during the runup to them attacking us….the Army ultranationalists (the KosKiddies of Imperial Japan ) convinced themselves they were invincible and shouted down, threatened or even on occasion assassinated those (almost all thier senior Admirals) who pointed out since the US had 10 times thier GDP, about triple thier population and a far larger industrial base, that they would get the biggest ass-kicking in history if they went to war with us. Hillary is phoning in her support…when Obama goes down she will quietly pick up the pieces, assemble a new, competant staff and run against Palin in 2012 or 2016 as appropriate. Hopefully McCain will bitchslap Obama so badly that he won’t be able to hold on to his Senate seat.
